Not quite, I suppose it depends on your source material but in general they are slightly smaller and more importantly more lithe, while our dear Bree does seem quite a bit curvier than the archetypal elven maiden.
I noticed that a while ago as well but I attributed it to the fact that most male population prefers a bit curvier type which was probably the reason Wormius made her that way.
Summoning Wormius requires a pizza of no less than 200 GP in value, which is consumed in the summoning process.
As for Bree, it seems I have been drawing her slightly different since the incident, but I think that’s more of a subconscious choice on my part rather than a conscious one. Though she has always been a bit curvier than your average elf, I suppose.

Once when sparring, I got hit in the family jewels by a spear. It was padded, and not some super strong hit(it slid of a shield), but I folded on the ground instantly.
Hit there cannot be underestimated.

You might be on to something but I guess we’ll have to wait on author to clarify if it is indeed plot related or just a change in style/fan service.
