So this is how Teal found the form she decided to duplicate for her own?
She was turned into stone in the past, died but was ressed by the Allmother or something. Her drop form is from when she was dead, her “soul” or whatever. The stone form is how she died.
Time to (re-)read from the beginning for you, I guess.
Was thinking that as well: either that is the form she ‘adopted’, or someone else made a statue of Teal and we are seeing the next generation of slime-girl-adventurers

Kinda makes you wonder who that woman was before she was petrified….
LOL, that’s Teal when she died. Teal-drop is Teal when she was dead. Re-read!
That’s what I thought at first too, but Teal crumbled after being petrified, revealing Teal-drop. Also, the pose is wrong for when she was petrified.
I’m pretty sure this is someone else Teal found when young, and it left an impression.

The eye colour of the drop matches Teal’s eyes
