I’m still torn about the artistic evolution, I stil sorta like best early Bree. There’s something in that style that I find much more appealing: early Bree was cute, modern Bree looks cynic and a tad artificial.
But to each his own. I concur that your style has evolved a lot, I’m just not sure if it’s always for the better.
Thank you, and Bree has certainly changed over the years, not just in art style. Some people have not really liked her shift in character in recent times, but I think it’s important to see how her relationship with Jen has affected her, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. I’ve never cared for characters who’s only character arc was to become more of what the author considered “right”, until they were just a mouthpiece for whatever ideology the writer espouses.
So it’s more than just artistic style? Bree is not anymore old Bree but someone who has changed a lot?
And I thought “people never change”… guess it does not apply to elves.
That only applies to people who don’t do, or learn, something new: experience changes you, and, unless you lose your memory, you can’t un-experience something
