Depending on your rules, you can execute a ‘Thief Backstab’ attack if the target is caught by surprise even if you’re not behind them (preoccupied, etc). If the target is engaged in combat you gain a chance for a Critical Hit bonus.
Does this count as a sneak attack? Does she have flanking?
