… right. We focused on Bree’s flesh wound and forgot about whatever happened to Kel. She turned black when Zach said all those awful things about her being a dead weight. But I suppose it is his death that is to blame for Kel’s fading.
Why isn’t anybody helping them? Can’t Bree feel her blade is dying?
Well, in the previous page she was holding the cracked gem from it, and looking at it while she talked to herself about fixing all of the things that need fixing. She probably knows something’s wrong with it, but may not know what or how to fix it. Yet.
I’ll say that the long character development of Moonblade has been a great feature of this comic. Some of the same for Kel and Lassa as well, but her most of all.
Speaking of Moonblade’s character development, it seems to me that her physical form has also changed a bit. Compare her here and in Episode 201, her first gynomorphic appearance.
And to think, none of this would have happened if Moonie hadn’t fallen into the hands of a common thief! (meant her growing and having people she loves, other than herself)

You’re right. I didn’t realize that Bree was holding the dagger’s core at first. But yes, it totally makes sense.

Was just about to mention something similar 🙂
Any change in Moonie’s physical form will be down to the artist
Thank you!
Quite a juxtaposition, the rising queen and the beaten weapon spirits.
Don’t let the blades die! D:
You’ve really taken Delve into some interesting and complicated directions. It has become one of the best webcomics around, IMNSHO.
Thank you very much!

This is one of the few webcomics I still follow and am still in love with it. so I ask you kind sir let love heal the blade, please.
Seconded. Let Kel live and transcend her origin.
