I hypothesized in a past page that Sark is a firefighter and the Dragon represents the fire.
My overall conjecture about what is going on IRL while Jen dreams to be Bree is that she’s badly hurt in a car accident and that the only other “player character”, obviously Sark, is a firefighter with axe trying to rescue her from the wreck, now on fire.
No, the obvious choice is to either run or fight Red, butt it seems Breen is thinking with her Main Brain again (rather than her uterus), so helping the mother who has seen her entire brood literally consumed is the new right choice
She might using here brain, but sill want it. Red feel sorry for the orc, so my prediction, Bree will suggest that the orc “compensate” Red by giving here some new children, now nobady have to die and the honor satisfied, and she may have tribadism/threesome, if she into that, as a bonus to.
Well, the other thing might be pointing out that the orcs pretty much *are* her children. The entire orc race, since they came about from the melding of goblin and dragon.
My evoker once researched a 9th level variant of Magic Missile called Missile Storm … it was created to auto-hit every enemy creature within a 1200 foot radius for {3D6 x 1D6+1} plus a few other modifiers each counted once … no attack rolls, no saving throws, bypasses shields (had a magic item for that effect) … the original version was a cone, the one I made for the game was a sphere centered on self … 70 average damage, 141 maximum damage per creature … it was basically designed to wipe out armies worth of lower level threats in a single cast … so, what was yours like? https://i.postimg.cc/Rh73TmcG/Legends-Lairs-School-Evocation-Missile-Storm.png
Strange you should put it in that way. After all, a real rookie would NOT forget to have Magic Missle handy simply because it just might be the *only* combat spell they have available…so by default, it’s not really a “rookie” mistake at all.
?
Hmm, the background text in Sephni’s “NEVER” speech bubble – “The broken heart is the sweetest… something something hunger… etc.” (I actually missed that the first time I read it) would indeed indicate something similar… Also not ominous at all…
The broken heart is the sweetest – what Sepni told Kindall when they reunited.
…n is pl… – probably “pain is pleasure”
[no]thing is ever over – what Dracomage told Brian
last part – “reed the” – no idea
I think that the last one is actually “feed the” but I agree with the rest. Missed it altogether on the first read though, since it blends too well into the background colour of the bubble, especially if you read it in daylight. Though I suppose that depends quite a bit on the monitor and its brightness settings.
The not obvious choice for her is to get them both to stop fighting I’d think, rather than to pick a side. Because we know Bree’s obvious choice would be to pick Sark’s side. And I doubt she’s going to help lady red.
Or maybe it’s kill them all? XD
Or Red is just going to collapse in Sark’s arms and starting sobbing? Now that would be a surprising twist. And I’m sure Bree would be infuriated. XD
At some point the woman on whom Bree is based is gonna have to wake up from her coma, which is going to make for one hell of a confrontation with the Draco Mage. I think her car crashed, Brian found her, and he took her back to his place both to recover and to prevent her from going, all so his Draco Mage persona could keep the Delve tabletop game going.
Red seems about as broken as any of them… I get the feeling she feels honor-bound to kill orcs and goblins, even those she almost pities.
Did anyone else notice the color of Bree’s blood?
Top is IRL Bree (with more Jen than Bree) and bottom is Delve Bree with Jen suppressed (at least I think that’s how it’s working)
Sark’s blood is also black, and he has no will to fight. Looks like he also received a hit on a head that switched him into IRL human personality.
He’s an Orc, that is the proper colour for them
As for ‘he has no will to fight’, it’s more the fact Red has beaten the fight out of him
If my conjecture of the firefighter is right, he’s rather being defeated by fire itself, personified as dragonette.
What firefighter? o_O

It feels like , the violence scenes going to be like censored thing or somthing ?
I was actually just thinking it’s the same color as the gunk Kindall was covered with when they got out of the devourer.
Thanks for noticing!
My first thought was “yay, Bree’s gonna help the dragon” but that’s also obvious.
Fighting Sephni would be somewhat less obvious though.

New generation of Dorks? (Dragon + Orc)
I could live with that…
Well, the other thing might be pointing out that the orcs pretty much *are* her children. The entire orc race, since they came about from the melding of goblin and dragon.
Yeah nah, not buying that, they consumed her unborn (unhatched?) children, they didn’t mate with them
@Guesticus: I’m not so sure. As the saying goes, you are what you eat. And once you get magic involved, it’s anyone’s game.
At least Red managed to destroy Snarks man-bun, that alone earns her a medal and a victory meal (roast orc anyone?)
8) I was kinda tired of drawing it TBH.
The most naked battle ever.
I bet I could do better. 8)
My necromancer once researched a 9th level variant of Magic Missile. It was created to blow holes through cities.

My mages never quite lived that long… my rogues even less so. 8(
“Shoulda memorized Magic Missile, Arka. Rookie mistake.”

Good point 8)
Wait. Is Sephni FEEDING on Bree’s pain or something?
No, for some reason Sephni doesn’t want Bree to die, but I don’t think it’s to feed on her pain.
Either way I think contact of any form is enough to share the power of the collar she wears, which can regenerate anyone even from death.

Yay! Y’all noticed!
You gotta love those infinite kisses of resurrection Sephni is putting into Bree. What a good sister-mance they’ve got going.
There has never been anything ‘sisterly’ between those two

Heh heh 8)
Come on Bree…What would Teal do in this situation?
I could definitely use her writing skills here! 8)
is the dungeonmaster guy hiding inside seph?

Shades of “Misery”!
