Well that’s not good. Without a cleric around to provide heals, Date Night is going to be sporadic at best, and that’s no way to keep a budding romance alive.
Also, the mistaken identity thing sucks too, I guess.
I worried about Bree. If she dies, the adventure will end…
OK, this must be all metaphorical of meta RL story: Jen’s trapped in the car, engulfed by fire (dragon) and then comes the firefighter to save the day.
Ambulance with Blue? I have only a blurry memory of that happening. The car was wrecked into the Devourer scenario but we don’t know if it was wrecked in real life. Do we?
I browsed back earlier and deduced that Blue was the dragon (this one is Red, the other was Blue, although I thought both were red for some reason, not paying attention to colors). But what ambulance? I went all the way back to the Devourer’s episode and I saw not a single ambulance… unless you’re confusing with a vote incentive pic in which there was some medic stuff going on, I don’t remember the details but Sephni was the nurse, probably because I myself had a speculation rolling about that happening in Bree’s IRL alter ego’s life, or so I was told. But nothing more specific than that, right?
I think it was just a speculation about what might be going on back in Jen’s world that could coincide with the troubles she is facing in the slightly more colorful world we are looking at now.
And it was my own speculation probably, at least in part, which you later said that was the inspiration behind the Sephni’s nurse vote incentive. There are three realities here: Bree in the Delve, Jen in Real Life (per the story, so far very fragmentary data) and Jen and Sephni in that hospital/ambulance/whatever.
As Sephni seems not to be a RL character but an NPC (towel scene), unlike Sark (wrestling OOC commentary), that speculation was no doubt wrong. Still worth it.
And so it goes full circle I suppose. Goblins eat unborn dragons, dragon kills evolved goblins in revenge, now evolved goblins want to kill dragon in revenge. XD
It has been brought to my attention by the greatest comic writer ever that I am nothing but a toxic sock-puppet troll that irritates everyone, so would like to say it’s been pleasant being part of this community, but that is obviously a lie as I was never actually part of it
Don’t know what you did exactly to warrant that scolding… it’s because you wrote down “fucking” without puritan asterisks?
I stand for having coincided with Guesticus in another (great) webcomic (Curvy, although actually in the current version of Nart Legends). My shallow opinion is that he’s legit.
Simply: using nicknames for characters in YAFGC, and calling them out when do something stupid
Apparently, one or both was enough for the author to hate me, hate me so much they decided it would be fun to edit posts
I am real worried. starting to feel like the party is just the bad guys and it is making it real hard to keep reading π i mean this dragon stopped to explain rather than attack bree only for bree to be evil and sucker stab her, now the orc who is kinda confirmed to be from a evil af tribe seems like he might get to win and be the good guy when the dragon is again being good and giving him his father’s axe to make it a more fair fight DESPITE them murdering her young. like the party has never been super duper good but this is just getting ultra unpleasant and hard to not want them to just get tpk’ed and forced to roll new chars at this rate π Sorry im not trying to be a jerk but I liked this story read since the start and now I barely wanna check the next update cause it seems to get worse and worse to the point I dont care about the main chars anymore π
Thanks for voicing your concerns, Vesk, and, yes, I understand your feelings towards the characters facing the dragon right now, and I totally agree with them. All the characters, including the dragon, are behaving according to their own viewpoint of the situation. I’ve tried to make it apparent from the reactions of several of the background characters that something is terribly wrong with the situation, and none of the primary players are seeing clearly right now. Some really bad things had to happen in the past to bring us to where we are now, and everyone has been trying to ignore the consequences of the choices made in both worlds. If you are feeling uncomfortable about who to root for in this conflict, I’d say you understand completely what I’m trying to convey here.
That being said, I hope you stick around, or perhaps check back in a few weeks to see how it turns out, because there are some ugly truths that have to be faced if our heroes are going to understand what is truly at stake here.
Dizzy/stunned, not unconscious … right? One tail slap ain’t enough to knock Bree out.
Heh , βShe -elf ?β How is that make sence anyway :), I guess itβs her rude/mock way of calling her like that , right?
Sark is about to go naked Klingon on her naked posterior. Cheers!
And by the way, whoever Balthazar is, it nearly made me post as them!

Sorry about that. I wish I could figure that one out. WordPress has not been behaving well lately.
Why am I reminded of Kohta, son of Kor? Why?
My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.
My name is Red. You ate my children. Prepare to fucking fry you sick genocidal fuck!

Hulk smash!!!
…And not dat ass! π
“Not the face” conjures up Dom deLuise’s character in Blazing Saddles.
Heh heh, a classic!

Or whatever….
But if the car is already wrecked… With the Devourer, and wrecked again in an ambulance with Blue…
The second damn ambulance must have too! Even if that isn’t what happened, Bree/Jen are on a series of bad rolls.
Ambulance with Blue? I have only a blurry memory of that happening. The car was wrecked into the Devourer scenario but we don’t know if it was wrecked in real life. Do we?
Who’s Blue anyhow?
Blue is the dragon Bree leapt off a cliff to kill… And ended up face first in a log.

Why is the dragon not named and tagged? Is it to avoid spoilers or something? o_O
I usually leave the tags off until the character’s name is specifically mentioned to avoid spoilers.
Thought she was specifically mentioned, by Snark

Needs an Elton John song, doesn’t it?

What does YAFGC has to do with this? I’m utterly perplex.
