Converging Fates

I hope everyone’s having a good winter break (well, at least to those of us in the northern hemisphere, not sure what you southies are doing), and Merry Christmas to all from the Delve!

And that’s what they mean by “and they lived happily forever”… right?
Well, the key word is “live”. I believe Lem has a short Ijon Tichy story specifically on this topic.
Great sci-fi writer! Have you read his “Chain of Chance”?
Also the hole probably reaches to lv 99, where all is fun and games (sorta).
Bree and Brian on the same page! Oh boy! Warmheart, in her previous incarnation, had some issues with the Dacromage. Oops! But, currently, we think it was crazy Sephni on the High Elf Throne. I guess Bree is soon going to find out. Elfenvaar, here we come!
I think Warmy isnt fan of all that “enslaving dragons and feed orcs with their children” thing…
Well, he is called the ‘Dracomage’ afterall…
He got his magic from dragons
Can I just add, that from an artistic prospective, I like the interesting angle shots, in panel 1 above, and in the last panel of the previous episode. Cinematic. Plus, great sunset sky. This arc, the High Elves turned to stone, has been handled very cleverly, letting the images, and Bree and her companions’ reactions, evoke everything, like a series of snap-shots. Very good story telling.
Remember, it’s not just the elves who got stoned
Everyone in the High Elf Kingdom, except for Sephni and Imugi, it would seem. Beyond the monastery, mostly high elves, again except scheming shadow-elf Carpria, also stoned. The spell obvious diluted once beyond the borders, although Bree and Co., and Sark and his little band, felt something.
